Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes! The free tier with 500 deletions per month is completely free forever. No credit card required, no hidden fees.

How do the 30-day validity periods work?

Light User and Regular User tiers are valid for 30 days from activation. After expiration, you'll revert to the free tier. Power User tier provides lifetime access with no expiration.

How do I activate my premium tier after payment?

After payment, you'll receive an activation code via email within 8 hours. Open the Smart Delete add-on in Gmail, enter your code in the activation section, and your premium tier will be activated immediately.

What if I use a different email for payment?

The activation code must be used with the Gmail account that matches your payment email. If you used a different email for payment than the Gmail account where Smart Delete is installed, please contact support at alwaysonplanb@gmail.com with your transaction details, and we will assist you.
